The dream book is about gaining clarity about what you want and making it real. Now.

I know, you’re probably thinking, great, here’s another one of these pie in the sky things that convince people to buy a book because they secretly hope that one small, easy step can transform their life. Like something you keep trying and trying, like winning the lottery and changing your life for a dollar and a few minutes, except it never works, but you just keep trying and hoping anyway.

Except this is not a gimmick. Yes, you can read this book and get the whole idea quickly without wading through hundreds of pages, months or years of study, special expensive coaches and trainers who keep telling you your not properly putting into practice the perfectly viable ideas they are trying to teach you. If you could only just do it their way the right way, then you would get the results they promise. Well, I’m a little sick of these promises, and they run rampant, suggested by every advertisement you are bombarded with every day throughout your entire life.

Getting what you want with the dream book does take more than just reading the book. You will need to put into practice the ideas I am going to teach you, and ideally you will need to spend 10-25 minutes a day on this practice by intention and planning, creating a routine that you stick to. Because when you spend this ten to 25 minutes, once or better twice or even three times a day, not 30-75 minutes, I see you analytical math types running the numbers, no I mean 5-12 minutes twice daily, or 3-6 minutes three times a day, maybe a bit longer if you feel like it, you will train your brain and sensory system to begin creating for you what you really want instead of what you currently experience automatically, subconciously, more and more, progressively throughout your day.

Your dream book is going to help you get clear on what you want, and bypass ordinary limitations you have been imposing on yourself with your negative and critical thoughts. Your dream book is going to help you develop not just one clear dream, but many dreams, in a variety of categories, by giving you a menu of categories and specific examples that will inspire you to create in directions you just hadn’t thought of before.
